Yes, absolutely. Over 80% of our business is OEM/ODM. We offer a full suite of customization options, including custom colors, brand logo printing, customized gift box packaging, custom user manuals, and even structural or PCB modifications based on your target market requirements.

Our products are engineered for international compliance. Depending on the model, we hold major global certifications including CE, RoHS, GS, CB, ETL, UL, FCC, and PSE. Our factory management system is also fully certified under ISO 9001.

Yes. We operate both as a high-capacity manufacturer and a volume wholesaler, allowing us to maintain a regular inventory of select products for immediate dispatch. Our available stock typically consists of our top-selling standard models, strategic bulk acquisitions, and leftover factory overruns or short-shipment quantities from large customer orders. Please contact our sales team for the latest inventory list and real-time availability.

For standard OEM orders with custom packaging and logo printing, our general MOQ is 1,000 pieces per model. However, for trial orders or products available in our inventory, we can offer much lower, flexible MOQs to help you test your local market.

Yes, we highly recommend sampling to verify quality. Standard sample preparation usually takes 3 to 7 working days. For custom ODM prototypes involving new molds or custom colors, it may take 10 to 20 days.

For a first-time OEM order, the standard lead time is 35 to 45 days after the deposit is confirmed and all packaging artwork designs are finalized. For repeat orders, we can compress the lead time to 25 to 30 days.

We provide a 1-year to 2-year warranty (depending on the product category) starting from the date of shipment. We stand behind our manufacturing quality and will provide replacement parts for any defects verified as production errors.
